You use the term “SaaS” in reference to Hotailors travel management system. What exactly is SaaS?

SaaS (Software as a Service) is a model of providing services via a web-based platform. In case of Hotailors, it’s accessed through a web browser.

What are the currencies available in the system?

Basic currencies are EUR (euro), USD American Dollar) and PLN (polish zloty). If you need services in other currencies, let us know – we are able to add any currency upon request.

Who can become a user of Hotailors?

We provide services for businesses of all sizes – no matter if you run a small family business or work in a large corporation, our tool is right for you.

There are three levels of users in Hotailors:
1.– Client (traveler): users that plan, book and expense business travel for themselves and/or send travel requests to their managers for approval (or get approved automatically, if the travel policy has been implemented in the system)
2.– Approver: manager that approves or rejects travel requests made by travelers
3.– Admin: a person that manages the system settings, adds new users, etc.

How does it differ from other business travel management systems?

There are two main factors that make us unique. The first is the inclusion of human touch – there are over 2500 travel agents available on demand. If you have any custom requests or need assistance with your booking – you can get in touch easily with one of our agents via online chat accessible from anywhere in the system. It’s 24/7 and it’s free!
Second is the guarantee that we provide for all the flights booked with us – if your flight gets delayed and you miss your layover flight, rest easy. Hotailors will give you a free hotel stay and a ticket for the next available flight, so that you’ll always reach your destination. You, your colleagues or employees can travel with peace of mind.

Is it possible to implement my company’s travel policy in the system?

Yes, it is. We build our tool around your company’s specific travel policy. Additionally, bookings within your company’s travel spend limit can be approved automatically.

All corporate travel in my company is booked by the office manager. Will Hotailors’ tools work for us?

Of course! We include options for companies to book travel for different employees through one person if that’s preferable to you. The office manager simply chooses (from a dropdown list) a person that will be traveling while planning the trip within the system.

What services do you provide?

Currently we provide flights and hotel rooms, railway tickets and airport transfers on request. If you need any additional travel services, contact our customer service team through the Hotailors’ tool 24/7 and they’ll help you book all your extras – just like classic travel agent would.

How many hotels and airlines are available in your system?

There are over 2,000,000 hotels worldwide available in our system – always plenty of options to choose from! We compare offers from different providers to give you the best possible options.

Concerning airlines – there are currently over 700 available in our system. We’re also able to book flights with layovers (with different carriers too) on one ticket. And don’t forget about the guarantee we mentioned in point 3 ?

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, you either get one invoices for all travel in your company each month or one invoice for every booked trip. Whatever you prefer, it’s up to you!
